* Responsible for maintaining the standards of guests services offered by Front Office associates, ensuring that all procedures are completed and followed through,
* Handle and resolve guest complaints and special requests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring promptly at all times,
* Excellent command in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is a plus,
* Able to work independently and flexible to adapt to different situations,
* Good interpersonal skill and customer oriented,
