GROUP GENERAL MANAGER, MARKETING & COMMUNICATION
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To lead the sales and marketing function for the company including planning, managing and monitoring overall marketing, communication, branding and promotion activities.
- Develops and implements effective sales and marketing strategies and plans.
SENIOR MANAGER / MANAGER, INTERNAL AUDIT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops scope and objectives of audit projects in line with audit plans and in compliance with existing laws and regulations.
- Acts as advisor to Audit Committee members and relevant internal parties on matters related to Corporate Governance and audit of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Leads and manages in the review of the Company’s internal controls to ensure compliance to policies and SOF
SENIOR MANAGER/MANAGER, TRAINING
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, develop and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness 0 methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences and workshops.
COST CONTROLLER, ASSET
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop & manage short and long-term operational and strategic goals for Management Reporting/ Cost and Controlling.
- Monitors all cost components, analyses budget variances, develops forecasts, and reports on cost.
HOTEL MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operation of the hotel.
- A strong understanding of hotel operations and administration including budgeting, forecasting, HR, sales and marketing.
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 2-3 years‘ experience in hotel industry.
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate well with all level of people, pleasant personality, resourceful, initiative and independent.
Remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered to suitable candidates.
