Food & Beverage Coordinator

Job Description
- To assist food & beverage manager day-to-day operation of food & beverage department.
- To assist food & beverage manager on halal practice requirements.
- To ensure food & beverage log book are being keep up to date, to ensure all team members have opportunity to received all the information.
- To respond proactively to guest queries and to ensure appropriate action is taken in the absence of manager, followed by effective communication.
- To prepare duty roaster on weekly basis while proactively managing annual leave and public holiday clearance.

Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least spm, diploma in food & beverage management / hospitality / tourism and hotel management.
- Able to work long hours.
- Able to on public holidays / weekend.
- Able to start immediately.
