Senior Assistant Director of Sales- Catering
The incumbent must possess a diploma/degree, at least 4-5 years of working experience in a Hospitality environment managing and guiding the development of meetings and events, and to drive sales effectiveness with focus on staff development. He/she must be able to strive for the monthly budget/forecast whichever is higher for the meetings and events segment which encompasses all.
Banquet & catering revenue and ensure that customer satisfaction is the key driver for all sales initiatives and strategies.

Must be able to work independently and be an effective team player with strong interpersonal and trouble-shooting skills as well as have an eye for detail.

Senior Sales Manager-Corporate
The incumbent must possess a diploma/degree, at least 3-4 years of working experience in a hospitality environment managing and driving sales effectiveness of corporate, covering both local and regional based accounts for the hotel. He/she must be able to strive for the hotels monthly budget/forecast to achieve revenue, maintain high standards of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards client and ensure a high level of exposure both within the hotel and in local market areas through direct sales solicitation, telephone contacts and written communications.

He/she must be able to work independently and must be an effective team player with strong interpersonal skills and support the dos by driving sales effectiveness in increasing room nights Within the team.

Information Technology Manager
The incumbent must possess a diploma/degree, at least 3-5 years of managerial experience, with good knowledge in the hotel computer systems. He/she is responsible for ensuring that the hotel computer systems are installed and operating properly, system security measures are in place, the computer dardware is well maintained, systems are utilized to their maximum potential, the new systems are installed to improve hotel efficiency and profitability and adhere to the hotel standards and guidelines.

He/she must be able to work independently and must be an effective team player with impeccable interpersonal and trouble-shooting skills as well as has an eye for detail.
