1) RESERVATION MANAGER
- Having knowledge of entire Reservation Procedure using Fidelio System
- Responsible for Hotel and Local Reservations and Reservation
- Review reservation booked daily
- Review arrival report daily
- Responsible for preparation of occupancy forecast
- Supervising of Group Reservations

2) GUEST SERVICE OFFICER
- Manage check-in and check-out
- To manage daily billing and payments
- The ability to be available to work nights, weekends or public holidays
- Self-control: handling complaints
- Significant experience of Fidelio (reservations system)

3) BELLMAN
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills
- Ability to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
