Jobs Description
- Maximize the revenue on each ship. through a combination of pricing initiatives and inventory actions with Yield Management practices.
-Analyzing the impact on current booking demand by ship and alert Manager on potential risks and opportunity that drive revenue.
- General overseeing and monitoring of cabin inventory availability with different segments to ensure sales fluidity.
- Daily managing email correspondence with worldwide commercial offices. tasks include reviewing group request. request for upselling. clearing waitlist etc.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least a Diploma in Business / Tourism or related field of study.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in any fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applicantions.
- Enjoy interacting with people and willing to expose to some level of business analysis using analytical tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. handle multiple task and identify work prioties.
- Good command of spoken/written English and Mandarin.
- May require to work on weekends and Public Holidays with advance notice.
